With the proposal of strategic concept sustainable development green economy, environmental governance has become one hot issues in various regions. Under such intense regulations, how to balance interests enterprise with its own and social is an important problem for future firms. Therefore, this study selects 750 listed firms Yangtze River Delta region China from 2016 2020 as a sample explore relationship among regulation, technological innovation firm performance. The results show that regulation significant role promoting Technological plays mediating process affecting regulatory policies implemented by government can promote increase R&D investment, thus need correctly understand realize effect between Furthermore, should emphasize feedback micro-firms on policies, formulate reasonable achieve "win-win" quality
